We offer shipping within Kuwait only. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. This may vary if there is a national holiday and delivery may take up to 5 days.

4. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns or refunds only if the item is damaged or faulty upon arrival. To request a return:

• Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

• Include clear photos of the damaged item.

• Items must be unused and returned in original packaging.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is approved.

5. Payments

We accept secure payments via Tap Payments and Apple Pay. All transactions are processed in KWD.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, product descriptions, and branding, belongs to RFLCT and may not be used without permission.
