Exchanges and Refunds
We do not offer exchanges or refunds on any purchased items. The only exception for an exchange ONLY would be if you received a damaged item.
To be eligible for an exchange we must be informed immediately about the damaged item and it must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that you must contact us no later than on the SAME day the item is received, any later contact will not be accepted.
To start an exchange, you can send us a message on the "Contact Us" page. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package to proceed with the exchange. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
To avoid any issues please make sure to inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If you receive a damaged or defective item and do not contact us immediately on the day you receive it we will NOT be able to refund or exchange it for you. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges on sale items or gift cards.
Shipping
We currently only provide shipping inside Kuwait and are looking to expand in the near future. Please expect your delivery to arrive withing 2-5 days.
